Branding for a beauty tech startup

Medasi is a marketplace platform designed to make it easier for people to discover, book, and pay trusted stylists for protective styles and culturally specific hair care. From the site design and messaging to social content and early app visuals, my task focused on building a brand that felt clear, elevated, and rooted in the real needs of Black consumers. I led the brand and visual direction across web, social, and early product design, building a trust-centered experience for a community long overlooked by beauty and tech.
As the platform gains traction, Medasi has been featured by 15 Percent Pledge, CultureCon NYC and Black Girl Ventures.
