THE WOMEN'S CONVENTION

At the 2022 Women’s Convention in Houston, Texas, I documented a powerful gathering of 1,700 women and allies uniting to drive progress at the local level. Marking the 45th anniversary of the first federally funded national women’s conference, this event aimed to heal social and economic wounds while fostering activism and leadership.

Through a mix of photography and videography, I captured the energy, resilience, and community-building efforts of attendees as they prepared to take their skills and strategies back home. The visual storytelling from this event was used across social media and promotional platforms to amplify the movement’s impact.
