As Creative Director, I led 3 teams: Social Media, Design, and the Video team at EMILYs List. I was tasked with rebranding the visual identity, digital presence, and storytelling impact of the organization, so I drove results that reflected creativity paired with strategy. Under my direction, the organization has seen record-breaking growth and digital engagement. From skyrocketing merchandise sales by over 300% and creating an influencer program that generated viral social campaigns to designing impactful visuals for the annual We Are EMILY Gala and high-stake fundraising efforts, my work became integral to EMILYs List's ongoing success in mobilizing endorsed candidates and supporters nationwide.
My approach combined creative innovation with data-driven insights, ensuring every project resonates with audiences and drove measurable results. My leadership inspired cross-functional collaboration, amplified the EMILYs List mission, and elevated the brand’s influence across digital and physical spaces.
